**Terms and Conditions of Highland Ethiopia Tours**

 

**1. Booking and Reservations:**

   - All bookings and reservations are subject to availability.

   - Clients must provide accurate information at the time of booking.

   - A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm bookings.

 

**2. Payment:**

   - Payments can be made via bank transfer, Paypal, or other agreed-upon methods.

   - Prices are quoted in USD or Euro, unless otherwise specified.

   - Full payment is required prior to the commencement of the tour or service.

 

**3. Cancellations and Refunds:**

   - Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy.

   - Refunds are issued based on the cancellation policy and the terms of our suppliers.

 

**4. Changes to Bookings:**

   - Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

   - We will make every effort to accommodate changes requested by clients.

 

**5. Travel Documents:**

   - It is the responsibility of clients to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any required documentation for travel.

   - We can provide guidance on visa requirements but cannot guarantee approval.

 

**6. Health and Insurance:**

   - Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet health requirements for travel and have adequate travel insurance.

   - We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.

 

**7. Liability:**

   - Highland Ethiopia Tours acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers.

   - We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour or service.

   - Clients participate at their own risk in activities and excursions.

 

**8. Force Majeure:**

   - We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest).

 

**9. Conduct:**

   - Clients are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards local customs, cultures, and laws.

   - We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a tour if a client's behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

 

**10. Complaints:**

   - Any complaints during a tour should be brought to our attention immediately so we can address them promptly.

   - We will strive to resolve complaints in a fair and timely manner.

 

**11. Privacy:**

   - We collect and use personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

   - Client information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the provision of services.

 

**12. Jurisdiction:**

   - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ethiopia.

   - Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ethiopia.

 

**Acceptance of Terms:**

By booking a tour or service with Highland Ethiopia Tours, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
